School Vision/Mission

As mandated by the Ministry of Education and Training, it is the responsibility of every school to provide a safe and secure environment for their students and staff. In an attempt to do this, schools need to discuss safety issues with parents, staff and students and establish safety procedures.

This document follow the same format established by the protocols between the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) the Niagara Regional Police Services and Family & Children's Services of Niagara.

The Meadowvale Public Safe School Plan will be reviewed annually by the parents and staff to ensure successful implementation of all procedures. Meadowvale Public School invites feedback from parents and / or volunteers by reporting unsafe situations or potential hazards on our school property at any time to the school office or communicate the situation to the Principal.

At Meadowvale Public School, it is our goal to promote procedures to maintain the best possible care, welfare, safety and security for all students, staff, parents, volunteers and visitors within our school community.
